Recruitment is such a dirty word in some circles. And perhaps not surprisingly. But RecWorks is committed to changing that perception, by doing things differently. We’ve been recruiting tech roles in London since 2006, and certainly don’t model ourselves on the shiny-suited, commission-chasing stereotypical wide boys that people think of when they think of recruitment. We’re actually nice people (even if we do say so ourselves). And, most importantly, we don’t just aim to place you in one role, pocket our commission and wave you off into the sunset. We seek to build enduring relationships, offer advice to help advance your career and aim to be there as you move forward on your chosen path.
Our communities hold regular events for learning, coaching, socialising and personal development (come along to one, we’d love to meet you). These aren’t thinly-veiled CV gathering exercises – we aim to deliver genuine value and remain impartial organisers. Giving back to the community matters to us – it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

As part of our commitment to helping our candidates excel in their career, we hold regular career hacking events. These events help people gain perspective on where they wish to go in their career path, and help plot out the most effective route to get there. We make introductions to people who are in the roles our candidates aspire to, who help by sharing experience, knowledge and wisdom, enabling participants to effectively and efficiently hack their way to where they’d like to be.
