Our client is an award-winning FinTech. They have a global client base and have achieved triple-digit growth over the last few years. They’re heavily funded ($38m total) and have acquired two companies over the last few years to expand their product range.

They’re currently looking for a Technical Leader (50% hands-on) where you’ll lead by example, guide, and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers. You’ll also build solution designs and drive architectural decisions. You’ll champion a product-focused mindset and act as a partner for the product team, balancing the needs for delivery with non-functional requirements to ensure the team delivers value to their customers.

You’ll work in an exciting and challenging domain where you’ll process high volumes of communications and trades, handle complicated scaling requirements, innovate with new ways of communication analysis and trade reconstruction technologies, all for clients from the biggest financial institutions in the world.

In terms of stack, you’ll use C#, .NET Core, Web API, Redis, ElasticSearch, Postgres, AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Github Actions.
