They are looking for agile software engineers for both the benefits and security teams to work on the greenfield design and development of their applications as they scale the applications to handle thousands of new users. They are also moving from a monolithic Java application to micro-services architecture using a cutting edge Java stack with a best tool for the job mindset. The way the team approach coding also really stands out, they really advocate the use of TDD and BDD, they care about the code they write rather than just pushing projects out of the door. You would be working with predominantly back end technologies like Java8, micro-services, NoSQL and REST
